Item One:
A paper investigating the genesis, psychometric properties, strengths and limitations of the PHQ-9 depression assessment tool. This analysis demonstrates my diligence regarding the use of and the vetting of assessments.
Item Two:
My Certificate of Membership into the Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society, presented in recognition of scholastic and professional excellence. This recognition demonstrates my commitment to learning and excellence.
