Item One:
A case study of Crystal Smith, a fictitious client. This study demonstrates my ability to intuit the underlying issues and to employ an action/treatment plan.
Item Two:
A research paper entitled A Cognitive Behavioral Group for Parkinson’s Patients Experiencing Anxiety and Depression. This paper delineates a plan to treat relevant clients and demonstrates my ability to investigate, focus upon, and create an intervention for a specific issue.
Item Three:
A 7-page research paper entitled Confidentiality, Mandated Reporting and Duty to Warn in North Carolina. This paper demonstrates my ability to investigate (and to interpret) primary sources as they relate to my profession and responsibilities.
